Beyond Bank is seeking a dynamic leader to head the Western Australia region from Perth, leading high-performing teams across multiple locations and driving growth across all business lines while ensuring strong member outcomes.

You will coach teams, strengthen community connections, build stakeholder relationships, and deliver regional strategies that align with Beyond Bank’s purpose and values.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, business development and/or people leadership roles.
• Strong track record in business development and delivering commercial results.
• Capability in leading teams, driving sales performance and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent influencing, coaching and motivational skills to inspire high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing teams across multiple locations in WA.
• Drive growth in sales, referrals and revenue across all business lines.
• Foster member ownership and ensure quality standards and operational effectiveness.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, community groups and local networks.
• Develop regional strategy with goals and performance indicators.
• Support growth of new members and deepen existing relationships.
• Oversee regional sales distribution and performance monitoring.
• Ensure member satisfaction through the regional network.
• Engage non-members to convert to new members.
