FutureYou is seeking an accomplished Category Manager to own the Wellness portfolio in a leading Australian FMCG business. You will shape category strategy, manage pricing, promotions, and assortment while partnering with sales, marketing and suppliers to maximise revenue and profitability.

You will drive category growth through data-driven insights, lead supplier negotiations, and influence cross-functional teams to deliver compelling commercial results.

• Experience in Category Management within an FMCG environment.
• Strong ability to analyse category performance and develop actionable insights.
• Proven track record in managing supplier relationships and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category plans to drive sales growth and margin.
• Manage product range reviews, assortments and pricing strategies.
• Build strategic supplier partnerships and lead negotiations.
