IRT Australia in Berala on the Park Residential Care Home seeks a Wellbeing Team Leader to design, plan, deliver and assess activity and wellbeing programs for residents. This Full Time role runs Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.

You will lead Wellbeing Officers, coordinate volunteers, and engage with internal services and community groups to ensure high-quality resident wellbeing activities while maintaining compliance and accreditation readiness.

Formación

• Proven leadership experience in a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Ability to plan and prioritise own work and others' work to meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor and supervise Wellbeing Officers and review performance.
• Coordinate onsite volunteers and liaise with internal and external partners.
• Respond to concerns following IRT complaints policy and commence investigations as required.
• Support accreditation processes including site visits and preparation.
• Ensure lifestyle program delivery meets compliance and policy.
