Job summary

IRT Berala on the Park Residential Care Home is seeking a Wellbeing Services Team Leader for a fixed-term 12-month capacity. The role is full time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, based on-site at Berala.

You will lead wellbeing programs for residents, mentor staff, coordinate volunteers and participate in accreditation processes. Applicants should have a Certificate IV in Leadership & Management (or willingness to obtain) and proven experience in a similar role, with strong communication and

• Coordinate onsite volunteers and liaise with teams.
• Understand Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and supervise Wellbeing Officers.
• Coordinate onsite volunteers and liaise with internal and external groups.
• Respond to concerns per complaints policy and support investigations.
• Contribute to accreditation processes and site visits.
• Recruit, orient and develop team members in line with policies.
• Ensure lifestyle program delivery meets policy and compliance standards.
