Qualifications

• Qualified in psychology, social work, occupational therapy or related allied health with professional registration/accreditation.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary mental health, counselling or allied health teams.
• Postgraduate qualifications in clinical practice, leadership or business are valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop wellbeing strategy aligned with organisational objectives and participant needs.
• Lead, mentor and develop wellbeing professionals and foster a collaborative team culture.
• Oversee budgets, workforce planning and performance to ensure quality and financial sustainability.
• Establish consistent service models, referral pathways and operational practices across multiple locations.
• Strengthen governance, safeguarding, quality assurance and risk management frameworks.
• Collaborate with Employment Services leaders to integrate wellbeing across programmes and service streams.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, service improvement and growth.
