Job summary

MADEC Australia is recruiting a Wellbeing Services Manager to lead and evolve wellbeing and counselling services across multiple regions, driving a contemporary service model while ensuring professional practice standards.

You will balance participant wellbeing with operational performance, manage budgets and collaborate with regional leaders to embed wellbeing across programs, with frequent travel to Melbourne and other bases.

Qualifications

• Qualification in psychology, social work or occupational therapy or related allied health discipline.
• Professional registration/accreditation in relevant field.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary mental health, counselling or allied health teams.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing a wellbeing strategy aligned with organisational objectives and participant needs.
• Leading, mentoring and developing wellbeing professionals, fostering a collaborative team culture.
• Overseeing service delivery, budgets, workforce planning and performance for quality and sustainability.
• Establishing consistent service models, referral pathways and practices across locations.
• Strengthening clinical governance, safeguarding, quality assurance and risk management frameworks.
• Collaborating with Employment Services leaders to integrate wellbeing support across programs.
