Job summary

atWork Australia is seeking a Regional Manager to hold full operational accountability for performance, delivery and profitability of employment services contracts across your region. You will lead a team of Service Managers across multiple sites, driving outcomes, compliance and client satisfaction while strengthening relationships with Services Australia and local employers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams across multiple sites in employment services or a related industry
• Strong understanding of contractual and compliance-based service delivery environments
• Demonstrated capability in leadership, coaching and performance management
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Strong communication, organisational and decision-making abilities
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Service Managers to achieve strong performance and engagement
• Ensure all contractual, compliance, quality and financial obligations are met or exceeded
• Drive placement, outcome and market share performance across all Employment Service Areas
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Services Australia, employers and community partners
• Provide clear operational leadership, performance management and governance oversight
• Contribute to financial forecasting, reporting and risk management
• Represent atWork Australia at regional forums, committees and community events
• Champion continuous improvement, service excellence and values-led leadership
