atWork Australia is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee performance, delivery and profitability of employment services across a region. You will lead Service Managers across sites, drive contractual and financial results, and strengthen employer and community partnerships.

The role focuses on service excellence, governance, and continuous improvement while contributing to business growth and regional representation at forums and events.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience leading teams across multiple sites in employment services or related industry.
• Strong understanding of contractual and compliance-based service delivery environments.
• Sound financial and commercial acumen.
• Demonstrated capability in leadership, coaching and performance management.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and decision-making abilities.
• A current Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach and develop Service Managers to achieve strong performance and engagement.
• Ensure all contractual, compliance, quality and financial obligations are met or exceeded.
• Drive placement, outcome and market share performance across all Employment Service Areas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Services Australia, employers and community partners.
• Provide clear operational leadership, performance management and governance oversight.
• Contribute to financial forecasting, reporting and risk management.
• Represent atWork Australia at regional forums, committees and community events.
• Champion continuous improvement, service excellence and values-led leadership.
