Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Wellness Program Manager to coordinate health and wellbeing programs for corporate and university clients. You will lead B2B client relationships, deliver engaging wellness solutions and drive participation across programs.

You will design wellness frameworks, collaborate with partners, and ensure services meet client expectations while advancing healthy behaviours within client organisations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Health Promotion, Science or Allied Health (highly regarded).
• Experience in health promotion, Wellness consultations, Wellness program development/delivery (highly regarded).
• Experience in planning/designing Wellness Solutions or framework for organisations (preferred).
• Experience in client account management or a B2B role (highly regarded).
• Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• High attention to detail and working knowledge of Excel/MS Office (Intermediate).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of Health and Wellbeing programs to allocated Bupa Corporate and University clients.
• Deliver professional B2B client relationship management and quality service, strive to exceed client satisfaction metrics.
• Ensure the implementation of programs focused on maximizing engagement and positively influencing healthy behaviour change.
• Contribute towards managing Health & Wellbeing engagements with clients and positively influencing Wellness planning.
• Work closely with Corporate Partnership Managers and support with Wellness solutions to clients.
• Implement strategies to enhance client and customer experiences.
