Job summary

University of Sydney is seeking a Specialist Health and Wellbeing to lead end-to-end health and wellbeing activities and programs across faculties and business units. You will partner with multiple teams to embed health offerings within enterprise HSMS frameworks and ensure robust awareness across the University community.

Your role includes developing preventative tools, coordinating learning and development, and managing partnerships with external providers.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple projects and activities to deliverables.
• Workshop facilitation and presenting information to diverse audiences.
• Ability to provide concise specialist advice in writing and verbally.
• Understanding of relevant legislation, Australian standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and coordinate health and wellbeing education programs.
• Manage the University Wellbeing Champion Network.
• Coordinate and implement learning and development offerings.
• Coordinate health promotion initiatives and manage external partnerships.
