Job summary

Built is seeking a Health & Wellbeing Advisor to deliver the Health & Wellbeing programs across our Queensland business and coordinate regional initiatives. You will plan and facilitate wellbeing activities and partner with leaders across Health and Wellbeing and People & Culture.

You will design education in holistic health, run classes and seminars, support mental health programs and contribute to budgets and policies for new wellbeing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and holistic training qualifications.
• Experience in health and wellbeing programs is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan and coordinate regional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver best practice education in holistic health and wellbeing.
• Plan and run practical classes, speakers, seminars and fitness assessments.
• Support key wellbeing, mental health and psychosocial safety programs.
• Promote national awareness campaigns and events, coordinating venues, speakers and content.
• Partner with Health and Wellbeing, People and Culture, operations and project leaders.
• Compile wellbeing data and regional insights for project and senior leaders.
• Help develop budgets, policies and procedures for new and enhanced wellbeing initiatives.
