Job summary

Arc @ UNSW is seeking a Place 2 Be Officer to support the Arc Wellness program on campus. You will run and develop the Place 2 Be initiatives, helping students connect, build skills and access resources.

You'll receive accredited external training, work an approximate 8 hours per week, and enjoy a flexible schedule with an hourly rate of $34.06. This role is based at UNSW Kensington Campus and offers a practical, people-focused experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills; verbal, written and public speaking.
• Leadership experience and ability to inspire others.
• Experience organizing events or projects is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Program Operations: manage plans, timelines, budgets, rosters and logistics for events.
• Volunteer Coordination: recruit, train and support volunteers; ensure clear communication.
• Logistics & Admin: track data, risk assessments and safety briefings.
