Job summary

BaptistCare NSW/ACT - Aged Care invites applications for a Wellbeing & Lifestyle Coordinator at Gracewood Retirement Village, Kellyville NSW. This full-time, permanent role focuses on creating engaging wellbeing programs for residents, building relationships and delivering inclusive activities that support independence and community connection.

You will design and run events, outings and wellbeing checks, working with village and care teams to tailor activities to residents’ interests and needs.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, organisation and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Designing and coordinating wellbeing and lifestyle programs.
• Planning and facilitating group and individual activities, events and outings.
• Building relationships with residents and understanding their wellbeing goals.
• Conducting regular wellbeing and welfare check-ins.
• Supporting residents with dementia, cognitive decline or mobility needs.
• Helping residents stay connected with family and community.
