Job summary

The Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) invites applications for Assistant Director, Wellbeing in the Safety, Wellbeing, Inclusion and Enterprise Bargaining area. You will lead the development and delivery of the wellbeing strategy, programs and initiatives to support a healthy, safe and productive workforce.

• Experience developing workplace wellbeing programs and psychosocial risk management.
• Good knowledge of rehabilitation and workers’ compensation frameworks.
• Ability to apply APS employment and governance frameworks to wellbeing services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rehabilitation, early intervention and workers’ compensation case management.
• Provide strategic wellbeing advice to senior leaders across the agency.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and manage psychosocial risks.
