Job summary

A2B Australia Limited, part of the ComfortDelGro Australia Group, invites a seasoned Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager to lead our national WHS and wellbeing strategy. You’ll partner with People & Culture, operations and the CDC Australia HSEQ network to embed safety, wellbeing and injury management across the business.

You’ll drive risk-based safety initiatives, manage injury cases with early intervention and support sustainable return-to-work outcomes while ensuring compliance and continuous

Qualifications

• WHS qualification required or equivalent experience.
• Return to Work Coordinator accreditation is preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience at WHS Manager level or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and workers compensation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement health, safety and wellbeing programs and policies.
• Collaborate with HSEQ leadership to meet group requirements.
• Promote a proactive safety culture with leaders and employees.
• Provide guidance on risk management, wellbeing and injury management.
• Identify training needs and coordinate delivery of safety learning initiatives.
• Lead investigations into incidents and ensure corrective actions.
• Coordinate audits and continuous improvement plans.
