DEECA is seeking an Early Intervention and Wellbeing Advisor to coordinate and deliver staff health and wellbeing programs within a flexible Victoria-wide, hybrid work environment. The role supports prevention, early intervention, and workforce resilience, aligning services with organisational priorities.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external providers, lead program improvements, and contribute to a supportive, inclusive workplace.

Formación

• Experience in a similar health and wellbeing function.
• Background in occupational health, wellbeing, psychology, or related discipline.
• Experience in administrative case management and intake assessment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and deliver health and wellbeing programs for staff.
• Embed best practice in wellbeing service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in wellbeing services.
