Job summary

Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action is seeking an Early Intervention and Wellbeing Advisor to coordinate the department’s wellbeing programs in Victoria. This full-time, hybrid role focuses on embedding best practice and ensuring services support staff health, safety and wellbeing.

You will work with internal teams and external providers to ensure interventions are responsive and aligned with priorities, and contribute to continuous improvement and sustainable wellbeing outcomes

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and overseeing workplace health and wellbeing programs.
• Experience in occupational health and safety, wellbeing, psychology, workplace health promotion, or related discipline is desirable.
• Experience in administrative case management and intake assessment related to workplace support and intervention is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver the department’s health and wellbeing programs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure responsive and evidence-informed wellbeing services.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and build workforce capability for positive workplace outcomes.
