Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the fun facilitator—engage residents in activities from art to day trips.

• Support daily living activities including meals and outings; provide emotional support.
• Gather resident and family feedback to improve activities.
• Collaborate with Lifestyle Coordinator and care team to plan and document progress.
