Job summary

SchoolHouse in Western Sydney is seeking a Wellbeing and Character Lead to support student wellbeing, behaviour, attendance, engagement and character development across the allocated cohort.

This full-time, term-1 2027 start role requires NESA accreditation, WWCC, and Australian working rights. You will join a K-12 independent Islamic co-educational school with a strong emphasis on holistic education and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• NESA accreditation and WWCC (or eligible to gain).
• Working rights in Australia (or eligible to gain) including WHV or Skilled Migrant Visa.
• Be willing to provide evidence to support your application including suitable references

Responsibilities

• Support student wellbeing, behaviour, attendance, engagement and character development across the allocated student cohort.
• Lead and model student leadership across K-12 in a coeducational independent school.
