Motion Wittenbaker Engineering Services in Henderson, WA, seeks an experienced Welder/Fabricator to shape high-quality carbon steel products and welded assemblies. You will interpret drawings, select appropriate welding methods, and contribute to a safe, productive workshop.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of welding/fabrication experience.
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
• Weld test will be required as part of the hiring process.
• Strong knowledge of metal properties, fabrication techniques, and blueprint reading.
• Ability to work independently and within a small team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Valid trade qualification in welding/fabrication is advantageous.
• Forklift license or additional certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to complete projects accurately.

• Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of work, ensuring finished products meet quality and safety standards.
• Project Collaboration: Work closely with team members across operations and machining to complete projects efficiently and on time.
• Safety Compliance: Follow workplace safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.

We are currently seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our dynamic team based in Henderson. As a Welder/Fabricator you’ll play a vital role in crafting high-quality carbon steel products that meet rigorous standards and various welding codes. Working in our fabrication department you would be turning blueprints/drawings into masterpieces any fabricator would be proud of.

Duties and responsibilities

• Fabrication and Welding: Perform high-quality GMAW/FCAW/GTAW welding & fabrication across various carbon steels and stainless.
