Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking a Weighbridge & Quarry Operator at Sancrox Quarry, 15 minutes from Port Macquarie. This full-time role balances admin with hands-on operations, including weighbridge duties, fleet coordination, and customer service.

You may operate mobile plant and assist with excavator/dump truck tasks, with training provided for licensed activities. Ideal candidates are detail-focused, safety-conscious and capable of independent problem solving, with competence in SAP

Responsibilities

• Operate weighbridge and process load tickets accurately.
• Coordinate daily Truck & Dog fleet allocations.
• Deliver outstanding internal and external customer service.
• Handle phone enquiries, orders and admin tasks.
• Assist with site compliance and admin activities.
• Maintain quarry documentation and office supplies.
• Support sales and production tasks, including PO processing and liaising with contractors.
• Operate sales loader and, if licensed, excavator and dump truck.
