Job summary

Pentarch Group in Narrogin is seeking a keen casual worker with an admin background to support weighbridge operations and moisture testing at our Narrogin Hay site. The role runs Monday to Friday from 6AM to 2PM, with weekend roster potential, and involves data entry, weighbridge duties, and on-site admin support.

You will be a front-line representative complying with WHSE rules, maintain accurate records, and assist with product testing and paperwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administration role within a manufacturing site is essential.
• Excellent communication skills to deal with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong administration skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
• Proven high attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Front-line representative, greeting visitors in a warm and professional manner.
• Ensuring WHSE compliance by truck drivers.
• Weighing product on arrival, inspecting and sampling as required.
• Collecting and processing relevant paperwork and dockets.
• Maintaining accurate records and data.
