Job summary

Richmond Valley Council is seeking a dedicated Weighbridge Officer to join our team in Casino on a permanent full-time basis. This role supports weighbridge operations at Nammoona Waste and Resource Recovery Facility, and at Evans Head Transfer Station when required, delivering accurate data and high-quality customer service.

You will maintain data integrity for monthly EPA reporting, coordinate customer requests through Council's CRM system, and work effectively in a small team with flexible,

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and work within a small team or autonomously.
• Experience with CRM systems is advantageous.

• When required, operate at Evans Head Transfer Station ensuring data accuracy and customer service.
