Job summary

Vantage Building Group, based at the new Stockland Lilywood Display Home, seeks a friendly Display Home Sales Host with a strong customer focus to support the New Home Sales Consultant. The role requires excellent organisation, motivation and professional presentation, with a 3–4 day per week schedule.

Applicants should be able to welcome visitors, qualify clients and manage enquiries, maintain marketing collateral, assist with admin tasks and travel to other display locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or construction.
• Exceptional communication and time management skills.
• Professional presentation.
• A strong work ethic and a winning mentality.
• A positive attitude towards your professional development and an understanding of the importance of weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and greeting display home visitors upon entering and exiting the display.
• Qualifying clients and managing initial enquiries.
• Maintaining marketing collateral stocks.
• Assisting with general administration tasks.
• Flexibility to travel to other display home locations as required.
