Job summary

Contemporary Catering in Victoria is seeking a Part Time Chef to join our friendly team, covering Saturday and Sunday shifts. You will produce and deliver high-quality meals, oversee resident dining experiences, and lead the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.

You will also manage food safety, WHS compliance, stock control, and food cost management while communicating with facility management, residents and families. This is a hands-on role in a supportive, equal-opportunity workplace.

Qualifications

• Chef qualifications required.
• Experience within aged care with an understanding of modified textures and dietary needs.
• Understanding of food cost management.
