Job summary

Hamilton Island is seeking an experienced Events Manager - Weddings to lead the Weddings team across our iconic destination venues.

You will oversee planning and delivery from concept through to the wedding day, coordinating with couples, celebrants, stylists, suppliers and internal teams to ensure outstanding service.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on developing the team, managing multiple weddings and delivering seamless celebrations in one of Australia’s premier island locations.

Qualifications

• Strong management experience within weddings or events
• Proven ability to plan and deliver weddings and complex events
• Lead, coach and develop an events team

Responsibilities

• Lead the Weddings team and oversee planning and delivery of weddings across Hamilton Island.
• Support and develop your team, oversee event planning and operational delivery, and coordinate with couples, celebrants, stylists, suppliers and internal teams.
