Job summary

Hamilton Island Enterprises is seeking an experienced Holiday Homes Property Manager to oversee over 160 holiday letting properties, from apartments to luxury homes, ensuring premium service and strong owner/guest relationships.

You'll manage holiday letting agreements, maintain trust accounting, coordinate maintenance and liaise with Reservations, Front Office, Maintenance and Housekeeping to sustain presentation standards across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Queensland Real Estate Registration Licence is essential.
• Open/unrestricted QLD Driver Licence is essential.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Property Manager (Holiday Letting preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Excellent administration and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Professional presentation and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management and development of holiday letting properties and rental agreements.
• Ensure trust accounting and property records are accurate.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and owner invoicing.
• Liaise with Reservations, Front Office, Maintenance and Housekeeping teams.
• Conduct departure inspections and assess property condition.
• Communicate professionally with owners, guests and tenants.
• Maintain administration processes in line with REIQ requirements.
• Ensure allocated vehicles are maintained safely and professionally.
• Support emergency and volunteer work as required.
• Manage holiday letting and permanent rental agreements.

Hamilton Island is offering a unique opportunity for an experienced Holiday Homes Property Manager to join the Hamilton Island Holiday Homes team. Managing over 160 holiday letting properties ranging from one-bedroom apartments to luxury homes, this role is responsible for delivering exceptional service standards while maintaining strong owner and guest relationships across the portfolio.

Your Role

As a Holiday Homes Property Manager, you’ll oversee the management and development of holiday letting properties and rental agreements while ensuring trust accounting, maintenance coordination, and owner communication are handled to the highest professional standard.
