Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking a Website Project Manager for Web Builds & Delivery. This fully remote role lets you run high-quality website projects from kickoff through to launch, with in-house designers and a dedicated development team behind you.

You will own the client relationship, translate requirements into briefs, manage the project day-to-day, QA before launch, and drive on-time delivery. Salary is 80k to 105k + super, Australia-wide remote.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing website or digital projects end to end.
• Experience managing a team, ideally designers or developers.
• A track record of hitting deadlines and milestones, and motivation from targets.
• Confident with project management software.
• A sharp eye for detail and a real standard for what good looks like.
• Proactive by nature.
• Comfortable working remotely and running your own schedule.
• Genuine interest in using AI and automation to work faster and better.
• Sales experience is a plus, not essential.

Website Project Manager, Web Builds & Delivery (Remote, $80k to $105k + Super)

Work remotely from anywhere in Australia running high-quality website projects from kickoff through to launch, with in-house designers and a dedicated development team behind you. $80k to $105k + super.

We are a agency that does things properly.

We are not a churn-and-burn shop pushing out cheap builds. We have in-house designers and an experienced development team, and we run tight projects with strong communication so clients get a website that looks great, works properly, and performs.

We are a fast-growing company with no corporate layers. You will work directly with the business owner and there is genuine room to grow into a bigger role as the team expands.

The Role

You will own the client relationship from the moment a new website project lands through to launch. You will run onboarding and launch calls, get clear on exactly what the client wants in terms of functionality, and turn that into a brief the design and development team can build from.

From there you will run the project day to day. You will keep every phase moving, manage the team against deadlines, QA the work before it reaches the client, and hold the quality standard. This is a role for someone who chases outcomes rather than waiting to be told.
