Job summary

Ploomo in Melbourne (Toorak) is seeking a hands-on Webflow Developer to build and publish landing pages and campaigns in a fast-growing fintech. This is a full-time, office-based role supporting APAC and Europe and requires Australian work rights; sponsorship not available.

In this role you will translate Figma designs into reusable Webflow components, optimize CMS-driven content, and collaborate with design, SEO and marketing for localisation, performance and conversions.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Webflow experience building marketing websites and landing pages.
• Experience turning Figma designs into responsive, production-ready pages with CMS collections.
• Good HTML and CSS fundamentals, plus JavaScript for Webflow extensions and tracking.
• Experience with localization and multilingual sites for international regions.
• Fundamental SEO knowledge for on-page and technical optimisations.
• Clear written and spoken English; ability to work independently on day-to-day builds.

Responsibilities

• Build and publish landing pages, website pages and campaign experiences in Webflow, turning briefs and designs into responsive, production-ready builds.
• Turn Figma designs and existing page concepts into reusable Webflow components, templates and CMS-driven content structures.
• Update and QA live websites across browsers and devices, and support launches, larger site updates and ongoing campaign delivery.
• Use HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript to extend Webflow where needed, including forms, scripts, pixels and tracking.
• Help reduce technical debt by improving class structure, naming standards, reusable patterns and older page sections that need cleanup.
• Work with design, SEO and marketing stakeholders on localisation, international SEO, performance and conversion improvements across multiple live sites.

You'll join a growing international fintech focused on flexible funding for SMEs, with websites supporting teams across APAC and Europe. This role sits in a practical in-house web environment where speed matters, but so do consistency, QA and cleaning up the technical debt that builds as sites scale.

Who we're looking for

You'll likely be a hands-on experienced Webflow builder who enjoys shipping solid work, keeping things organised, and improving the underlying setup as you go.

Must-haves:

• Strong hands-on Webflow experience building marketing websites and landing pages.
• Experience turning Figma designs into responsive, production-ready pages, with a solid grasp of CMS collections, reusable components and clean class structures.
• Good HTML and CSS fundamentals, plus enough JavaScript to handle common Webflow extensions, scripts, forms and tracking requirements.
• Experience working in a busy web environment with multiple live sites or recurring campaign deadlines, where you’ve balanced new builds, fixes and cleanup work without losing consistency.
• Clear written and spoken English, and the judgment to work independently on day-to-day builds while escalating broader structural issues when needed.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with Figma in a close design-to-build workflow.
• Experience independently creating webflow components
• Exposure to Webflow Localization, multilingual sites or international/multi-region web environments.
• Technical SEO fundamentals, including page structure, metadata, redirects or related implementation work.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4 or marketing pixels.
• Experience in fintech, financial services or another environment where accuracy, governance or review steps matter.
