Excite Media is seeking a versatile Web Designer to craft beautiful websites using Figma, HTML, and CSS. You’ll work with WordPress and WebFlow to build client sites and bring digital ads to life with conversion-focused designs.

You’ll collaborate with an experienced marketing and project team, enjoying flexible hours, a potential remote option, and a supportive culture focused on growth and learning.

Qualifications

• Intermediate-to-Advanced HTML/CSS skills.
• Experience with WordPress and WebFlow.
• Proficiency with design software (Figma, Adobe XD, Creative Suite).

Responsabilités

• Create website designs in Figma based on briefs from the marketing team.
• Build pages directly in HTML/CSS and enhance sites with WordPress/WebFlow.

A Day in the Life of a...
Web Designer

We believe in creating beautiful websitesfor our clients, coupled with a strategic marketing approach– this role is about both (in equal parts)!

Your typical week would include:

• Creating website designs in Figma based on strategic briefs from our marketing team, and working with our amazing clients directly
• Crafting beautifully designed pages directly in HTML/CSS and utilising your skills with WordPress and WebFlow to build out client sites.
• Creating conversion-focused social media ad designs to bring digital advertising campaigns to life.
• Working directly with our Marketing Team and Project Management Team to iterate on designs based on client feedback.

We understand that not every role is suited to every person – it needs to be a good fit (both ways)!

Our ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

• Experience with Design software (e.g. Figma; Adobe XD; & Creative Suite)
• Intermediate-to-Advanced level of HTML & CSS
• Experience in WordPress and/or WebFlow
• Experience with Elementor Page Builder for WordPress is a bonus (but not essential)
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for working with clients
• Understanding of Good UX & UI principles
