Job summary

KIND ADVISORY PTY LTD is seeking a Web Design Lead to own and elevate our design practice, delivering fully custom, responsive websites for leading Australian real estate brands.

You will design end-to-end in Figma, drive AI-first workflows, and lead the build of premium website templates with a fast-moving, fully remote team. This is a permanent, growth-oriented role with room to expand into branding services.

My client builds fully custom, beautiful and high-performance websites for the most recognised real estate businesses in Australia, the brands the rest of the industry measures itself against.

They have an incredible reputation of building every site from scratch for the specific needs of each business. Given the exciting amount of bespoke work in the pipeline, they are inviting a Web Design Lead to own and elevate their Design practice.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing complete websites in Figma, every page and every breakpoint: desktop, tablet and mobile. Not wireframes or rough mockups. That means motion and micro-interactions, navigation behaviour, form states, confirmation pages and the full user journey, ready for build.
• Working AI-first. Their workflow already runs on Figma and AI design tools for early concepts and refinement, and you’ll help shape where it goes next.
• Moving fast. Their briefs are complete before you start, with input from SEO, development and account management, so you can focus on the design.
• Handing off cleanly to the awesome development team, who build in WordPress, and staying close through build.
• Bringing ideas, not just executing!
• Leading design across their own brand and software products. You’ll also lead the build of their first suite of premium website templates.

• A portfolio of complete, detailed website designs, not just landing pages or brand work.
• Strong Figma skills, including components, auto layout, prototyping and responsive design.
• Hands‑on use of AI tools in your design process, and curiosity about what’s next.
• A commercial mindset: you know a website is a lead‑generation tool, and you design for both beauty and performance.
• Comfort with feedback. You’ll push for the best idea, but you aren’t precious about it.
