BAMBRICK in Brisbane CBD is seeking a talented Digital/Graphic Designer to join our fast-growing team of digital marketers. In this in-office role you will bring conversion-focused design to life for hundreds of clients across diverse industries.

You should be creative, detail-oriented and a strong communicator, with 2–3 years in an agency or in-house setting. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects and Premiere are a plus) and familiarity with WordPress are ideal.

We’re looking for a talented Digital/Graphic Designer to join our growing team of leading digital marketers (in-office role).

You must be driven by creativity, have a passion for visual communication, be eager to learn the creative side of one of the world’s fastest-growing industries and thrive in a fun, fast-paced agency environment.

BAMBRICK is one of Queensland’s largest and fastest-growing digital marketing agencies. Currently, we are looking for an experienced Digital/Graphic Designer who can bring digital marketing concepts to life in an awe-inspiring way for 100’s of customers across varying industries (including many of Brisbane and Australia’s best-known brands).

The main things we are looking for (in priority order) are as follows:

• Positive attitude
• Creative thinker with problem-solving ability
• Excellent communicator – visual, written and verbal
• Hard-working
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in an agency or in-house role
• Ability to work full-time in our Brisbane CBD office
• Knows their way around Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects and Premier would be fantastic too)
• Experience in WordPress would be a massive bonus but not essential
• Excellent attention to detail
• Focused and organised
• Passionate about design, conversion, and communication
• A fantastic creative thinker full of ideas and skills to bring those ideas to life
• Comfortable working across a diverse range of clients all in the 1 day
• A team player with a desire to continue growing your skillset
• Ability to work full-time in our Brisbane CBD office

Additional things we would like to hear about, in no particular order are:

• Digital design experience – in any capacity, let us know what you’ve done.
• Website design – again, not a necessity but if you have it, tell us about it.
• Landing Pages – ever built one? Tell us about it.

What does the role entail?

Our designers work closely with the Head of Creative, account managers, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Pay Per Click (PPC), and social teams to implement performance-driven digital marketing strategies.

Your days will be fast-paced working across a wide range of brands surrounded by a team of hard-working, funny, innovative people who are driven by a common goal – to get the best results for our clients.

We have zero expectations that you will walk in knowing how to do each one of these, but you will receive full training on anything you are asked to do.

That said, here are some of the regular responsibilities of a Digital/Graphic Designer at BAMBRICK:
