Job summary

Best Restaurants is Australia’s long-standing hospitality directory and gift card platform. We’re growing our content team and seek someone with a sharp eye for detail and a creative streak to own day-to-day website content management.

Your core task is uploading, updating and maintaining site content, ensuring every page is accurate, on-brand and visually polished before going live. You’ll support the Content Lead with writer briefs and quality checks while the site remains your home base.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of the English language with strong spelling, grammar and punctuation.
• Massive attention to detail, spotting typos, inconsistencies and broken links.
• Comfortable with website editors and content management systems.
• Previous experience managing, updating or uploading content on a website is highly regarded.
• Keen creative eye for how a page looks through layout, imagery and spacing.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with writers and team members.
• Available to work part-time, casual basis.

Responsibilities

• Own content management on the website: uploading, updating and maintaining pages.
• Ensure pages are accurate, on-brand, error-free and visually polished before going live.
• Support Content Lead with writer briefs, quality checks and pipeline coordination.
• Format content, lay out pages with the editor, and ensure consistent spacing and structure.
• Coordinate with writers on status, edits and turnaround.
• Flag content issues or risks early and keep the library and site organized.
