DuluxGroup Ltd. is seeking a Content Editor to shape editorial strategy for architects, designers and specifiers in Australia.

You will turn core content pillars into an integrated calendar and production roadmap, delivering engaging thought leadership and case studies across omnichannel channels. You will manage production from concept to delivery, ensuring brand, technical accuracy, legal, privacy and accessibility standards are met while leveraging insights and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong editorial judgement and storytelling for thought leadership.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling content.
• Experience producing content across written, visual, social, video and presentation formats.
• Experience in content marketing, publishing or journalism for B2B audiences.

Responsibilities

• Shape content strategy for the specifier community across multiple channels.
• Develop thought leadership, case studies and technical content.
• Coordinate content across social, web, CRM, PR, events and sales channels.
• Utilise audience insights and data to refine content and maintain accuracy.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, agencies and cross-functional teams.
