Job summary

Woolworths Group is seeking a hands-on Recipe Content Editor within the Greenhouse Collective to shape food and recipe content for multiple channels. You will ideate, test, and develop high-appeal recipes for ANZ campaigns, print, digital and social formats.

The role requires exceptional copy-editing and costing abilities, with collaboration across Nutrition, Creative Leads, and Production teams to ensure brand, safety, and nutritional standards are met.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in recipe development, food editing, and content creation within a busy kitchen, retail or media environment.
• Strong copy-editing, proofreading and structural writing abilities with attention to house-style.

Responsibilities

• Ideate, test, and develop high-appeal recipes for diverse channels including ANZ campaigns, print, digital and social.
• Attend photo and video shoots to provide on-set culinary support, ensuring prep and styling meet specs.
• Draft food briefs and develop recipes, ensuring final copy aligns with Woolworths house style and nutrition standards.
• Collaborate with Nutrition teams to ensure accurate health attributions, costing, and brand compliance.
• Adapt, edit, and structure food copy to match brand guidelines for digital and print channels.
