Job summary

CANDOR Recruitment's client, a leading independent investment and wealth advice firm, is based in Melbourne CBD. They seek an experienced Advice Manager / Practice Development Manager to work with Advisers and support teams to lift practice performance, consistency, productivity and client outcomes.

You will collaborate with about 25 Advisers in Melbourne, along with leadership, to embed processes, workflows, tools and support models across the client journey, coaching and developing Advisers

Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial advice or wealth management
• 5+ years coaching Advisers
• Proven track record improving practice performance
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to turn ideas into measurable outcomes

Responsibilities

• Partner with Advisers to improve efficiency and performance.
• Coach Advisers on workflows and client management.
• Identify inefficiencies and develop practical solutions.
• Lead training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support pipeline management, business planning and productivity initiatives.
• Develop playbooks, workflows and tools for consistency.
• Utilize CRM and data to measure performance and drive adoption.
