Arch Capital is seeking an Associate Adviser to work with experienced advisers in wealth management and financial planning. You will help deliver advice, manage client relationships and learn the craft towards becoming a trusted adviser.

This role offers direct mentorship, exposure to high-net-worth and retiree clients, and a clear pathway toward professional qualifications and adviser responsibilities in a fast-growing, values-driven firm based in Sydney CBD.

Competenze

• Experience working within a financial planning business.
• Hold or are working towards relevant financial planning qualifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.

Mansioni

• Attend client meetings and assist advisers with preparation and follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Assist with strategy research and advice preparation.
• Review client circumstances, financial information and objectives.
• Support the preparation and implementation of Statements of Advice and Records of Advice.
• Manage ongoing service requirements and annual reviews.
• Maintain accurate client records and workflows in Intelliflo.
• Work collaboratively with advisers, paraplanners and client service staff.
• Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and business processes.
