CITIC Securities International is seeking an experienced IT professional to provide application and production support for Wealth Management systems. The role emphasizes extended-hours coverage and cross-time-zone operational support across regions, including early-day activity before Asia markets open.

You will collaborate with business users, development, infrastructure, and external vendors to ensure stable production operations, timely incident handling, and ongoing support for WM

Qualifications

• Experience in application or production support within financial services.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix, SQL, log analysis and scripting for troubleshooting.
• Strong ownership, accountability and cross-time-zone coordination.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day production and application support for Wealth Management systems.
• Support extended-hours activities and cross-time-zone operations across regions.
• Monitor system health, incidents, interfaces, and critical business processes.
• Lead first-level triage, incident analysis, and follow-up to resolution.
• Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve issues.
