Job summary

Sunshine Coast Shade Sails Pty Ltd in Queensland is seeking an experienced Installer Manager to lead our installation crews and oversee daily workloads from start to finish.

You will coordinate on-site measurements, organize materials and tooling, and ensure safety and quality standards are met on every job. This hands-on role requires strong team leadership and clear communication with customers and head office.

Qualifications

• Has experience in construction, carpentry, shade sails or a similar industry.
• Can confidently lead a team.
• Is organised and reliable.
• Has excellent communication skills.
• Is comfortable working on site and making decisions.

WE'RE HIRING - INSTALLER MANAGER - SHADE SAILS - SUNSHINE COAST / NORTH BRISBANE

Sunshine Coast Shade Sails Pty Ltd is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Installer Manager to join our team.

This is a hands-on position for someone who can organise our installation crews, manage workloads and make sure every job runs smoothly from start to finish.

The role includes:

Managing installation teams

Organising daily workloads and jobs

Communicating with customers and the office

Assisting with site measurements and installations
