Job summary

Mister Shade Pty Ltd on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an Operations Supervisor / Team Leader to manage day-to-day onsite operations and lead the installation crew. The role blends office coordination with field leadership, site visits and client meetings.

You will guide the team, monitor progress, ensure safety and quality, organise materials and scheduling, and contribute to system improvements as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in shade-sail, construction, building, roofing or related trades.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating field operations.
• Ability to learn Mister Shade systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear daily leadership to the installation team.
• Schedule jobs, site visits and team movements.
• Organise materials, tools, vehicles and equipment.
• Monitor progress, labour hours and safety standards.
• Communicate professionally with customers and suppliers.
• Lead site visits and ensure quality-control checks.
