Job summary

Shade Solutions Qld is seeking a Shade Sail Installer to join our North Lakes team. This casual to full-time, in-house role focuses on installing shade sails, blinds and awnings across residential and commercial sites.

Applicants should have experience with shade sails, strong customer service, a White Card, Blue Card (or willingness to obtain), and a valid Australian driver’s licence. Northside Brisbane base preferred with a secure, long-term position and ongoing training.

• Full Australian working rights.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.

Join Shade Solutions Qld, a family-owned business based in North Lakes specialising in blinds, awnings, shutters, shade sails and outdoor shade structures. This is a casual to full-time, in-house position (not a contractor role) for an experienced Shade Sail Installer to join the friendly team.

Key responsibilities

Installing Shade Sails, Blinds & Awnings

Working both independently and within a team

Working across residential and commercial projects

Travelling to customer sites throughout South East Queensland

Learning the wider range of shade products, including Awnings, Blinds, Shutters & Umbrellas

About you

Experience installing Shade Sails is essential

Strong communication and customer service skills

Current White Card

Current Blue Card (or willing to obtain)

Current Australian Driver Licence

Full Australian working rights

Comfortable using hand and power tools

Strong attention to detail, reliable, organised and self-motivated

Brisbane based (Northside preferred)

Casual leading to Full-Time secure position
