Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar high-volume dining environment (pubs, hotels, restaurants, bistros).
• Experience across any cuisine background is welcomed.
• Experience with pizza section.
• Ability to work across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting a wide range of meals in line with our menu.
• Ensuring food safety and correct handling, including dietary requirements.
• Maintaining clean, organised workstations and kitchen equipment.
• Ensuring proper storage and rotation of stock.
