Townsville Yacht Club is seeking a Bar & Restaurant Supervisor to lead our vibrant bar and dining team on a full-time basis. This hands-on leadership role requires you to work on the floor, guide staff and uphold exceptional guest experiences.

You will collaborate with the Restaurant Manager, drive service excellence, and foster a positive work environment while delivering top-quality food and beverage service to members and guests.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Senior Hospitality Team Member.
• Energetic, enthusiastic and professional approach.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate and support a diverse team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and some split shifts.

Aufgaben

• Supervising and supporting the bar and restaurant team
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Training and developing team members
• Building strong product and Club knowledge
• Welcoming patrons and managing daily reservations
• Assisting with all areas of service, including taking orders, running food and drinks and assisting the pass
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, hygiene and safety
• Opening and closing the restaurant and bar
• Processing cash and EFTPOS transactions
• Supporting functions and Club events when required
• Helping create a positive and enjoyable workplace for the team
