Job summary

C BAR Holdings is seeking permanent full-time and part-time supervisors to join our team in Townsville. You will assist in running busy shifts, support the restaurant manager, and ensure excellent customer service with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Must have RSA; knowledge of bartending and coffee is an advantage. Rolling rosters including mornings, days, and nights with weekends required. Training is provided, immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising hospitality staff.
• RSA certification mandatory.
• Knowledge of bar operations and till reconciliation is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations during busy shifts.
• Assist restaurant manager with daily operational needs.
• Reconcile POS and takings accurately.
• Lead, motivate and train staff to meet service expectations.
• Understand and meet KPI targets.
• Open and close the venue.
• Assist with stock reception and inventory.
• Maintain neat grooming and a positive team mindset.

C BAR, located at Townsville's iconic The Strand, is seeking permanent full-time and part-time supervisors to join our team. At C BAR, we pride ourselves on providing professional customer service. If you are interested in joining our exciting business, we would love to hear from you.

While full training is provided, we are looking for someone with previous experience in supervising hospitality staff. We are looking for team members that can tick the following boxes:

• Assisting in running day to day busy shifts
• Assisting the restaurant manager with daily operational needs for a successful business
• Reconciliation and management of POS and takings
• Leading, motivating and assisting with training staff in line with the business’s customer service expectations
• Understanding and meeting KPI’s and targets
• Opening and closing the venue
• Assisting with accepting stock
• Great teamwork and a positive attitude
• Neat and tidy grooming/appearance
• Available on a full-time or part-time basis
• Able to work a rotating roster with a mix of mornings, days and nights with weekends a must.

Must have RSA

Knowledge in bartending and coffee is also an advantage.
