Charters Towers Regional Council is seeking a Water & Wastewater Network Coordinator to lead the delivery of reticulation services, ensuring safe, reliable and compliant outcomes for the community. The role provides operational leadership, technical advice and strategic oversight of assets and maintenance programs.

Working under limited direction, you will manage resources, risk and service delivery, with a focus on planning, asset management and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and mentoring staff to achieve operational objectives.
• Ability to work under limited direction and develop procedures.
• Coordination of water and wastewater reticulation services and asset programs.
• Knowledge of safety, environmental and risk management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the delivery of water and wastewater reticulation services.
• Provide operational leadership and strategic oversight of assets and maintenance programs.
