The City of Gold Coast is seeking a Coordinator Network Operations to provide tactical leadership for the water, sewage and recycled water networks. You will guide a large multidisciplinary team and translate the Branch Strategy into practical outcomes, reporting to the Manager Utilities Network Operations.

You will use performance, capacity, compliance and risk insights to set priorities, support decisions and act early on emerging issues.

Formación

• Certificate IV in Leadership and Management or Project Management or equivalent knowledge/experience.
• Knowledge of water, sewage and recycled water infrastructure operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop Senior Leaders and operational teams with clear expectations and safety focus.
• Coordinate safe, reliable, and compliant operation of water, sewage and recycled water networks.
• Provide operational leadership during incidents and major events.
• Coordinate resources for major projects and planned network activities.
• Improve practices to reduce disruptions and environmental/water-quality risks.
• Manage workforce resources and budgets.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and critical infrastructure requirements.
