Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical or Process Engineering.
• Extensive experience in technical management of industrial processes.
• Experience in developing concept designs and associated technical documentation for water treatment processes.
• Experience in managing consultants to perform detailed designs aligned with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct and partner with stakeholders to deliver safe, compliant solutions.
• Develop concept designs and all associated basic documentation.
• Write technical specifications and scope of works for tender processes.
• Evaluate tender responses from a technical perspective and select suitable contractors.
• Manage a budget and program during the development stage and report progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure all technical solutions meet the desired project outcomes and standards.
• Manage external contractors and ensure deliverables meet quality, cost and time requirements.
