Job summary

Veolia in Australia seeks a Field Service Representative / Engineer to monitor plant parameters, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on water treatment equipment. You will support customers and their operations teams, collect samples, and ensure accurate data recording.

The role requires hands-on technical skills, strong safety discipline, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

Solid hands-on experience in water treatment or similar industry.
Results oriented and customer-focused.
Ability to build long-term relationships with customers.
Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.
Strong mechanical knowledge.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated commitment to EHS and compliance.

Responsibilities

Monitor plant parameters and report changes to customers and Veolia management.
Collect micro samples and corrosion coupons for labs.
Install and service Veolia water quality equipment and dosing systems.
Maintain reagents, sampling containers and coupons.
Record chemical usage, inventory and pump settings.
Perform preventative maintenance on dosing pumps and maintain spare parts inventory.
Update test parameters and chemical consumption in InSight and Veolia databases.
Provide technical support and attend team meetings with the Account/Area manager.
