Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Field Service Representative / Engineer to monitor plant parameters, assist customers, and perform maintenance on water treatment equipment. You will manage chemical inventories, log performance data, and support the customer’s operational team in the field.

The role involves troubleshooting, recording test results, and maintaining equipment such as corrosion coupon racks and analytical instruments while ensuring safety and compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Professional or trade background with hands-on experience in water treatment or similar.
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills; ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant parameters and provide feedback to customers and Veolia management.
• Carry out preventative maintenance on dosing pumps and instrumentation.
• Maintain chemical inventories, site logs and performance monitoring data.
• Provide operation support and troubleshoot equipment issues in the field.
• Prepare and maintain service-related documentation and records.
