Qualifications

• Strong administration skills, ideally in a project or construction environment.
• High level organisational, coordination and prioritisation skills.
• Exceptional communication skills with a commitment to delivering a high quality internal customer experience.
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Preparing applications, building plan approvals and project coordination of minor and major works projects.
• Assisting with project coordination under guidance of project managers
• Participating in site inspections for building plan approvals, minor and major works
• Assisting clients with the provision of quotes for section 73 applications and building plan approval, minor works and major works
• Lodging section 73 and building plan approval applications to Sydney Water, following such applications through to completion
• Assisting with project invoicing
